A full Scottish Breakfast is available: 

Monday- Friday: 7:00-9:30 am 

Saturday- Sunday: 7:30-10 am

Breakfast costs £12 per person. 

Our hotel does not have its own parking area.

We offer several parking alternatives for you:


1. Parking is available in front of the hotel via parking metres, cash, or Ringo app. Please contact reception for additional assistance. 

2. Free parking is available at Kirklee Road, Kirklee Place, Kirklee Terrace, and Kirklee Circus. The Botanical Gardens are accessible from Kirklee Place, and you can walk through them to the hotel in 10 to 12 minutes.
If you have luggage, you can drop it off at the hotel before parking.

 3. You can also park at Ashton Road car park near Byers Road. It contains 40 parking spaces, which are free after 6 p.m. The Ashton Road parking lot is free on Saturday and Sunday.

You can use your Blue Badge to park in certain restricted areas for free, including: at on-street parking meters in pay and display bays in disabled parking spaces on single and double yellow lines if it's safe to do so and there are no loading restrictions Thank you.

Check-in is at 3 pm.

Check-out is at 11 am.

Pets are prohibited.

We operate a no-smoking policy within the hotel, any guest who violates this will incur a penalty of £250.
